I love the Final Destination movies so when my SKY box decided to record Final Destination 3 for me I was quite pleased to say the least. I love the concept of the movies, the way you know the people are gonna die and have an inkling as to how, then the teasing-you-with-all-the-potential-hazards bit, then the crazy series of events and finally a spectacularly gory, horrific death.
James Wong (the fourth) directs the sequences marvellously managing to keep you interested and on the edge of your seat with the knowledge there’s gonna be some nice, creative gore. The third movie in the series is just as good (if not better) than the first. I’m hoping there’s going to be many more sequels before the concept gets a bit tired. This is how horror movies should be!
This is another boxed set for my wish list, now it’s just a matter of sitting around waiting for my lottery win!
