'Allen Danziger' (born July 23, 1942) is an American actor, perhaps best known for his only movie role, as Jerry, in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974). Danziger was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from City College New York (CCNY) with a BS in Psychology in 1964, and in 1970 he graduated from UT in Austin with a degree in Drama. He has owned Three Ring Service, an entertainment company, since 1978. They provide entertainment for corporate events and parties. He recently participated in a documentary on The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, for the movie's DVD release. Danziger's The Texas Chain Saw Massacre character Jerry is nondescript with few outwardly obvious defining characteristics, and is perhaps the most levelheaded in the van. Jerry is killed by Leatherface when he goes to look for his already dead friends Pam and Kirk. Jerry is the boyfriend of protagonist Sally.
