'Scott Paulin' (born February 13, 1950 in Steubenville, Ohio) is an American actor and television director. He and his wife actress Wendy Phillips have been married since 1981, and have a daughter. Mr. Paulin majored in Government at Pomona College (Claremont, California), graduating in 1971.
