Ted Levine

'Frank Theodore "Ted" Levine' (born May 29, 1957) is an American actor, perhaps best known for playing serial killer Jame Gumb (aka Buffalo Bill) in the 1991 entertainment blockbuster thriller The Silence of the Lambs and Captain Leland Stottlemeyer in Monk. Other notable acting credits include Heat, Bullet, The Hills Have Eyes and American Gangster.
