Tetsu Nakamura

'Tetsu Nakamura' (中村哲, born September 15 1946 in Fukuoka City) is a Japanese medical doctor. He was awarded the 2003 Ramon Magsaysay Award for Peace and International Understanding. He has devoted his work among refugees in the Afghanistan/Pakistan borderlands.
